Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

All orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business day (M-F) of placing your order, unless the item is backordered. 

Where is my tracking number?

Once an item is ordered, you will receive an email confirmation. At this point, your order has been received, but it has not been boxed up. Once shipped, you will receive a second email containing a tracking number. Most tracking numbers will not update until 24 hours after you receive them.

How long does shipping take?

As we depart from Turkey, this depends on the road conditions and customs, but on average it will arrive in Europe within 7 days and in America within 10 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we can ship our product internationally.

What happens if my item breaks during shipping?

Return and exchange is possible if you can prove that the products have defect.

Don't throw anything away until you're contacted by our support team! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we will always provide a prepaid return shipping label.
