Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Stabby Labs! If you aren't, you can choose to return your order to us for a full refund, not including original shipping costs and return shipping.  Any item is eligible for return as long as:

 1. You contact us within 10 days of your order's delivery date.

2. Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you'd like to request a return, please send a message to the email address provided with your order and include the following information:

• Name
• Order number
• Item(s) being returned
• Reason for return

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to contact you with further instructions.  We may request further information or photos of the item.

Do you offer free shipping on returns?

We do not offer free return shipping at this time. Once we receive the return and inspect / restock the item, we will issue a refund.  Depending on the shipping time this can take 1-2 weeks.
